Is she pretty young? With Lava, who I could see through also, I didn't notice poop for awhile, but would see the pinkie move down and disappear. I don't know but I think it is because she was absorbing so much of the pinkie. When I finally found poop, it was very minimal.

Sometimes new hatchlings from breeders, and especially pet stores, eat a few pinkies when they come new to you before they really have a good crap. At pet stores and some breeders they maintance feed. Its not always underfeeding, just maintanence feeding. So when your new hatchling age snake comes to you and gets on a new feeding schedual, much of those extra pinkies go to growth right away.
It should poop soon. If not after next meal, then try a bath. I wouldn't be too worried until she hasn't crapped for two more meals or so though myself.
