Snake pooped inside shed

I just woke up and found my snake shedding, but looked around and there is poop inside the shed. He's still shedding, but there is probably poop all over him from when he drove by it on the way out - is this a health concern?

They do that a lot. They've been inactive for a week or two and this is their first opportunity to go. If he still has poo on him when he's done, just rinse him under a faucet with room temp water. Not a health concern.

yep mines done that, but on the plus side makes it easier to clean up poop, just pick the shed up lol

You can also give him a bath afterward. Fill your tub with lukewarm water and let him swim around.
