ok so I have had my corn snake for about a month now, the first time we fed him he ate the pinkie almost right away, the second time we fed him he took about 2 hours to eat it, and the 3rd time a little bit longer.

the problem is now, he has not eatin in a few days, we feed him every tuesday and its now thursday. I put him in a little plastic container overnite to see if he would eat it ( it worked the last time we fed him ) and nothing, so I took off the lid to the container but left the pinkie in the container. The next day the pinkie was still in the container, so i took it out and put him close to were the snake likes to sleep and relax, but still nothing...

how long do you think i should wait before trying something else....

well I know that their eyes are supposed to change colour, but other then that im not really sure how to tell.... this is my first snake and I just want to make sure im doing everything right...

how long will they go before eating again?? right after they shed???
 
The timing sounds about right, on some it takes a bit to see cloudy eyes on others no problem. If you are not sure take it outside or in very good light, the skin also usually looks dull, as well as cloudy eyes. What kind(morph) of corn do you have?
