Well, I seperated Mia, Levi And Kelloggs about 2 weeks ago and I thought I'd give an update.. We have also since then - added a baby snow (in his own tub).. They all adjusted well - they have all eaten twice since the move. 2days ago Mia and Levi were treated with a rat pup - they were both very unsure at first but ate them with no problems.. Mia's one was rather big and I was worried yesterday because she still had a lump but today the lump is gone.. They won't be getting rats anytime soon again - it was just because when I was buying mice - a rat had given birth so we bought a couple.
Levi is in the blue again - which amazes me because he just shed recently. I love it when he sheds because his colour changes every time.
Mia and Levi choose to ignore the hides that are there and sleep under the newspaper. While Kelloggs chooses not to hide at all and sleeps ontop of the newspaper - sort of under her plant or against the side of the tub. And Bliss likes to go under the newspapar or in one of his hides.
The best part about the tubs is that they are see through so I can watch them. After about 8pm - Kelloggs is always up and looking for a place to escape and Bliss often pokes his head out from somewhere then disappears again. If I want to see the older 2 - I have to wait until after 12 then switch on a torch and "catch them".. But Mia hardly ever comes out..
All in all, having them seperated is going well, they are all settled and I'm looking forward to watching them grow.
No other additions are on the cards for this year at least. I keep reminding myself that corns will be around forever so I dont need every morph right now. 4 is enough for now
