Well I hadn't intended on keeping any hybrids initially, but these came with the collection my uncle gave me and I thought they were rather cool looking.

Neat looking crosses, Trevor...It'd be cool to see how variable any babies from the thayeri crosses hatch out...

Not to split hairs, but those are hybrids, not "hibirds" lol...

I was thinking the same thing about the Thayeri crosses. The 2 pure Thayeri I have look so different from each other. Guess that's why they call them Variable kings. I can't wait to see what these two produce. I love their black heads and brick red bands.

I love the Jungle corns - do hybrids have different personalities/care requirements than regular corn snakes?

I'll second that. They're very cool looking. The jungles are nice too. I don't have any hybrid plans myself, but if I had an uncle throw this group my way, you wouldn't hear me complaining about it. :)

WOW!! Your jungles are beautiful!!! How come my female jungle looks different than yours??? What are your jungles crossed with? Ill post a pic of my female to compair...

I've never seen 2 pics of jungle corns look the same at all. There have been some in the pic forum that are super neon colours!

As far as care, all North American Colubrids are just about the same in my experience. The personality seems to be a mix of Corn and King if that makes any sense. Unfortunately, they have inherited the musking part from their King ancestory.

Exactly. When he told me about them, I had planned to sell them, but when I saw them, I changed my mind.

Thank you. I really like your Jungle too. Jungles seem to be rediculously variable. You should have seen this pairs offspring. There were a couple that looked like the parents, a couple that looked very much like your female, and a couple with colors that made them look like they were pure cal king, but they had saddles instead of bands or stripes and they had the typical jungle head shape and pattern.

Thanks for the comments everyone. I thought some of you might like these.
