Very pretty little hatchling.

Dunno if feeding in the viv when you're using beech chips (thats what they look like anyway) is the best idea though. You really don't want it ingesting one of those by mistake.
 
Yes it´s beechwood, i have fed her for 4 or 5 times now, but she hasn´t got any chips with her mouse yet. I watch every time untill she finished her meal :)

There is a lot of things that you don't think could happen. It wasn't to long ago that someone posted how their BP ate the paper towel along with the mouse & ended up dieing. I think that the consequence is worse than a little added protection.

I'd be concerd that if she did get a hold of a chip as well, and you tried to remove it WHILE she is eating, it would stress it out and I'm sure a regurge will come soon after that..

what do i know..i'm a newbie...
