What are the characteristics of a hatchling Okeetee that predict superb adult specimen's? I was thinking the brightness of the small backround color dot between the dorsal saddles, and on the flip side the deepness/darkness of the red/maroon in the saddles..matched with the thickness of the black saddle border. I also assume that the closer you get to the tail, the darker the saddle should be....

Any advice?

You had things so well covered when I first read this, that I didn't bother responding. I'd look for the things you've listed. :)

Edited to add: You also want nice black checkers against a pure white background on the belly. But most normals have this upon hatching anyway.
