Milksnaker Imposterating!
Firstly thank you all for all the valuable information about your babies.
After a few weeks of reading and browsing and shopping and thinking I got my first snake today. He is a beautiful little Albino Nelson's Milk snake, about 14 inches long, and I am told about 6 months old.
Everything I have read show's virtually no differences between Corn Snakes and Milk Snakes. But I know that milk snakes are technically a king snake, which makes me wonder if any of you have any firsthand experience or comments on that.
I've had dogs and many many fish, rats, etc, and this is one of the first pets I've really felt concerned I could "mess up". But he is also one of the most interesting and fun, so far.
I almost wish I would have found some nice cornsnakes around here but there wasn't much available without ordering and waiting. (I also like to see before I commit). The local store totally sold me though when they put this gorgeous guy in my hands.
Anyway, thanks for comments in advance.
