Strange Story..

So my new baby corn went blue for hit first time with me after 3 weeks/feeds from me. This week was his fourth, and he didn't eat because he was just clearing up.

So I tried the next night, he had been clear for about a day, and he chomped down on the pinkie after 15 seconds of curiosity.

The strange thing is, I havent seen any sign of shedding!?!?

I don't really ever remember his skin dulling either, but I searched to see if he buried it and I couldn't find it..

Could he not have shed yet?

kinda strange, isnt it? :) they will clear up for a day or maybe a couple days before they actually shed. kind of threw me for a loop with my Jazz's first shed, but perfectly normal.

Ok alright, so mine must only not liek eating during his cloudy eye period...

When does his skin dull, right before he sheds?

Your snake's skin is probably already dull...you probably just don't notice it. When he sheds, you'll notice a difference for sure! Just wait and see :)

When your snake is in blue, expect about a week before he/she sheds. My snake goes into blue, after she clears up, she's perfectly fine eating the pinkie. Then I leave her, and about 2-3 days later, she'll shed.

Trust me, after there out of blue, you think they hid their shed, its just they havent shed yet. I've cought my snake shedding twice in a row now. I feel very lucky. When they shed, you'll know.

Good Luck!
