Stress due to fireworks?

So, new years eve is coming up and im just wondering whether or not i should take anny special measures as to the fireworks. With all the loud bangs and screams my cats always go haywire so yeah.

I'm planning on feeding him the day afterwards because his regular feeding pattern ends me up on new years.

So, annything special i should do or just leave him be and feed him on friday.

I don't think you should take special measures for the firework. Maybe you should secure the viv down so that the cats don't let it fall over? :p

Haha, the cats are no problem, cats are downstairs, snake is upstairs.
And regarding fireworks inside, i'm foolish, but not that foolish good sir!

Thanks for the answers, i'm just concerned because my neighbourhood holds a standard of lots and lots of fireworks. But it appears to be no problem then.

Not sure what the flashing fireworks lights will do, but the noise won't bother them. I just put in a new dining room floor and my table and mitre saws which were just feet away didn't bother my snakes.

Never had a problem with fire works, college dorm fire alarms, or anything else that causes me to hide my head under the pillow and the dog to wedge himself behind the toilet. Snakies don't care about loud noises so long as they are wedged safely and securely in their hides.
