Stuck shed/ humid hide

Hey all my little albino corn shed a couple of weeks ago and last night while handling him i noticed that he had a few tiny areas of stuck shed i saw the post about putting your snake in room temp water and using a towel for them to work it off with. I tried last night and my little guy wasnt having any of that. Some of my other reptiles have permanent humid hides to help with sheds and to just hang out in when they need the moisture. My question is would it be alright for me to put a little humid hide in his cage with him? Or is that a bad idea?
 
Thanks for the quick reply. All 4 of my leopard geckos love their humid hides i juat wanted to make sure there werent any medical or respatory(sp) concerns with corns and prolonged exposure to moisture if he were to fall asleep in it or something.
 
They're fine in them for the time it takes to shed (or sort out a problem shed). It's just when that turns to several weeks or even months, that you potentially get a problem with mould or fungal infections.

Bitsy is right.

What I normally do it put dry material in the hide in between sheds. Then when I notice a snake getting ready to shed, I add moisture. It works great.
