That is about the stupidest thing I have EVER seen! You're right...WHAT ARE THOSE PARENTS THINKING??? How could they not realize that that child could be supper for that snake? And then the snake would be blamed...not the parents!
 
what do you mean the parents bought the child home for there little baby ! a snakes gotta eat :)

serously though isnt this a picture from some tribe who reckon there son is the reincarnation of a dragons son it was in the papers over here (uk), and you cant tell some people who have strong religous beliefs.

i did'nt mean its ok its just what do you tell poeple who really really believe that there son is a kind of reincarnated dragon or some thing. I reckon if you went over there and tried to edecate them about the dos and donts of reticulated python keeping the'd just laugh at us

i personally only view retics that big at the end of a BIG sturdy pole perefably onbe thats twices as long as the snake lol :D
 
seen that pic in a documentry ,show whole family in a hut full of snakes including verumous snakes ,where they bedded the kids down at night with them ,SICK
but to them no problem
