Summer time question

Ok i have a question about the summer time. Is it ok to take my snake out back this summer and let him lay across the grass aslong as i dont let him get away? Will it cause him any harm or can he get sick from it? And i was wondering if this is ok then how many people actually do this with there snakes?
any help would be appreciated.

I take my snakes outside occasionally for a photo shoot. I think it's unlikely that they'll catch something from being outside for a few minutes.

Agreed.

I also take my snakes outside for limited periods of time. They really seem to "enjoy" it (whatever that means for a snake) and become very active and the photos look great.
