I was impressed with this girl. First time breeder laid 12 eggs. :) I was surprised at their size, though. They're about half the size of the ones Joe's sunkissed laid. I've seen them that small before, but not from a first time breeder.

Nice clutch~~

so normal het opals? or are there anything else in this pool~~

they don't look that small to me..they look alright..

this year I have 2 eggs are really small..about the size of a dime....for sure no bigger than a quarter....

I am having a weird year....

They'll be het lavender and Sunkissed. IIRC, the lav is potentially het for amel, so it's possible some will be het opal, too. ;)

a sunkissed is amel or hypo ? i'm confused about this one, a sunkissed is a selectively bred amel or the Type B hypo ?

Type A Hypo = "standard"
Type B Hypo = ??????????
Type C Hypo = Lava

then there is the possibily of the Type D wich is ultra

am i right ?

Yep, Sunkissed is a hypo "type B." And Ultra may or may not turn out to be a "type D."

The amel you're thinking of is probably "sunglow."
