Tank on UTH cord...

In preparation for the Dallas Repticon, I'm getting the viv all set up. I put the UTH on but the feet included do not raise the 40g tank up enough to keep it from sitting on the cord. I'm thinking of either putting feet on the aquarium to level it out and lift it up enough or to use tiles for the same purpose.

Any thoughts, experiences or suggestions?

There are adhesive felt tabs (round or square) - you can stick two on top of each other and then on the corners to lift it up. You can find them in any home & hardware store

Or get a few pieces of wood a little longer than the width of the tank. You'll only need the half inch square ones.

Plastic soda bottle tops work too, just glue them to the bottom corners of the vivs.

Just wanted to share an update. My boyfriend went to Lowe's and picked up 4 tub drain gaskets. He placed one in each corner and now the issue is resolved. I was not sure how it would go initially but so far so good!
