Tank Sizes

hey guys, so im sitting here watching Snickie roam around her tank and im feeling guilty about her not having more space to explore. I feel like she is so bored and lonely (which I known is irrational)

but im curious if she needs a bigger tank
she is 6yo and is 4ft 10in long. I have her in a 20 gallon long glass aquarium. my question is do I need to get her a bigger home??

I also have my baby Popcorn in a 10 gallon atm and wouldnt mind moving her to Snickie's old tank if I get her a new one.
and if I do this, when would she need to move up from her 10g??

thanks as always!

I don't think she 'needs' a larger tank, but if she's quite an active snake, she would probably make good use of a 40 gallon. I'm not sure how you have your 20 gallon set up, but you could try adding some taller decor for her to climb on. I also find that my snakes always re-explore their tanks if I rearrange their items.

I like to move babies out of ten gallon tanks when they're about a year old or when they are starting to look cramped in their tank.
