Ding ding ding ding ding!!! Wade hit the nail on the head.
To narrow it down, it's called "Pork Barrel Spending!" That's something that needs to be controlled. It's bad enough the country is battling out of a recession, but to see the constant spending on things that are totally unnecessary, is stupid.
