Temp gradient

Is 85 on the warm side and 70 on the cool side a good gradient, or should it be 75 on the cool side? How do you recommend that I bring the temps up on the cool side without making the warm side too hot?

Thanks

Your current temp range sounds ideal. I've checked The Corn Snake Manual to be on the safe side and it recommends a range of 70-88 degrees. You might want to consider providing an additional basking spot at around 95 degrees, to help with digestion.

Move the heat lamp off the edge (closer to the center) to make the cool side warmer.

90 might be alright (bit high), but 95 is way too hot, imo. 85 is optimal.
