temp or humidty

My opal laid 18 eggs and i have them in an home made incubater that is made from an rubbermaid and a submersable fish heater in water at the bottom. I can't seam to keep my humidty above 80% and the temp in th low 80s. So i was woundering which one is more important humidty or temp. thanks matt
