I am wondering what the best temps for the substraight in my viv. my air temps are 78 to 87 daytime 72 70 80 nighttime temps.

Well if you are using a UTH ( under tank heater) then you should check the temp on the bottom of the glass tank and not the top of the substrate. i would only recomend a high of 82*-86*F on the glass. anything over 90*F from what i hear can burn them.
