Tessera strip VS perfect pinstrip

im still have a bad time seing the difference between a tessera strip and a perfect pinstrip....

anyone can help me out with a trick ???

PS i have mix of motley and strip in tessera in the same clutch... makes it alote more work to make the difference...
 
i think that those are all tessera strip... but correct me if im not right...

So far, I haven't seen any tesseras in which the stripe fades the closer it gets to the tail. Perhaps someone else here has different experiences with them though!
 
I was going to say the same thing. I'm pretty sure if there is a break in the stripe by the tail (like in image 3), then it's a motley pinstripe. If the stripe continues all the way down to the tail without breaking, then it would be a Tess stripe. But I could be wrong.
 
I am just guessing here..... image 1 and 3 look pinstripe to me(neck area).... the others look tessy stripe. But i am not an expert by any means.
