I have not yet bred, but plan to this 08 season. One of my females, however is a Normal and neither I, nor the previous owner, know her genetics. What is the best way to "test her out" to find out what hets she might posses? I know this might be a situation where there are no real hets, or she could be chock full... and there are some I'll never know until I stumble upon surprises in a clutch. I am just looking for the quick way - aren't we all? I have a male snow, amel, bloodred, reverse okeetee and creamsicle, and I can't see any of these giving me answers...lol. Is there a way?

I'd go with the male snow, as the most common hets are amel, anery, and hypo, and the snow will test for both anery and amel at the same time.

With what you have for males in your collection I would suggest the Snow as well. If you wanted you could always get another male maybe a Ghost with some hets, maybe like Amel and even a pattern trait such as Motley. This way you will have a chance to prove out the most frequent of morphs (I.E. Amel, Anery, Hypo and Motley). This is just a suggestion.

I have some decent pairs otherwise. I'm just hoping to get some variety out of her if nothing else :) Even if it's just normals, amels, and anerys at least there's a little variety. I can't wait til my little hatchlings grow up. I'm going to have so much fun pairing them up!
