The Brecon Beacons

WHERES THE SNOW!?! Wow I'd always assumed the UK was as snowy as Canada. Shows how much I know about the world outside my own country :p. It's pretty bizarre to see a February landscape without a 4-5ft covering of the white stuff.

Ha ha, no, no where near! That reminds me of the song 'Canadian Idiot' (not you! LOL) by Weird Al Yankovic.

'Well maple syrup and snow's what they export' :grin01:

We do get snow, but I live in southern Wales, so it's less frequent (only about once or twice a year if that). But Mount Snowdon (3,560ft), and Snowdonia is covered in snow during winter :)

But thanks for the compliments! And thank you Susie :)

Wicked photos. Gotta love the Beacons, I used to travel over them to get to my grandparents house in the Rhondda valley (excuse spelling its probably wrong). Lovely place, lots of sheep, millions of em on the uplands, all wandering around over the roads:uhoh: makes for scary driving :)
