LOL. Butthead should meet RELENA, my Florida King... Relena is very "hunger response" motivated and goes after everything until she knows it isn't food... which she doesn't find out until she's already bitten *whatever*. LOL.

Butthead has the same behavior as Benchley. Benchley noms first then figures out I'm not food after. Unfortunately, he's an adult or nearly so. I'd love it if he was a little worm nomming on me, not so much given his size. On the other hand, I love his appetite and feeding response, he cleans up anything that is rejected, including 1 gm pinks. I've never offered him a pile of pinks to see what he'd do, but I imagine he would eat a pile of them, like 20 or more!
