They like each other

The corns are just alot calmer in nature.. Our boa scares me - she zaps if you put your hand in the cage..

The balls are great - very calm as well and they don't bite. If I didn't have corns - I'd get more ball pythons. But they can be such bad eaters which I dont like..

The corns are nice natured snakelets - mine don't bite and they seem to be thriving..

Can't wait to get the rack though - I have plans to colour code each one and have their names in rubber on the sides.. I have their names in pink and blue on their current viv

No - you can get corns here very easily. We also have someone who imported from SMR - so we have tone of morphs too.. I'm sticking to the plainer ones for now. I think I'm stopping at 4 though

Well I was going to stop at 3.. :)

Enjoy your day too but its 1 in the morning here and I'm going to bed!!

Good night all - and my apologies for being too sensitive and all..

You just gotta undersatnd that some people dont need to be told waht to do like a child. When all facts are clearly stated in the original post..

You should try a better approach such as - Its good that you are seperating them or something like that..

Just sharing an expereince, a thought.. Something to make people smile.. Not to say - OH we het a story like this once a month. I'm not a newbie by any means.

Well if people choose to ignore sound advice from others who have much more experience, then perhaps they DO need to be told what to do. It's childish to ignore sound advice from people who are more experienced in the matter. It's akin to ignoring advice from a doctor because you think you know what you're doing.

Why do we have to tweak the message so that you don't get offended? Virtually every care sheet out there stresses the importance of not cohabbing snakes. Did you choose to ignore that advice, or just decided not to do research on the matter first?

Yes, we all get a big laugh out of someone cohabbing their snakes for their own personal gain. It's great to see animals potentially suffer because their owners are too stubborn to follow the sound advice of others. That's what make us here at CS.com smile. :eek1:

Technically I am not ignoring sound advice - I am seperating..

And my snakes arent suffering - they are thriving and will continue to do so..

Yes, they're thriving. And they might very well continue to do so until one decides it's hungry and eats the other.

If I decide to eat nothing but McDonalds from now until I die, does that mean that I'm thriving? After a month I'll still be alive and eating...so that means I'm thriving? Even though I'll have gained about 50lbs and that much closer to a massive heart attack?

What type of response did you think you were going to get by naming a thread "They like each other"?

Well SINCE i AM SEPERATING - no one will get hungry and eat the other.

I'm sorry - we are not all perfect in this world like you obviously think you are. We are human - we make mistakes. ANd I am taking the steps to fix it,,

I am not perfect, nor have I ever suggested I am. I have made plenty of mistakes in general, and plenty in regards to snake keeping. However, I am simply intelligent enough to follow the advice of more experienced members when needed instead of being critical about how the message was delivered. Take the advice and be grateful for it, instead of whining about people being 'too mean'. Everyone here has the best interests of the snakes in mind and they get their message across differently.

Well I didnt need the advice and if you read the first post you would have seen I was going to seperate them..

You were going to separate them? When? In 6 months? You said you got one snake in October, and another in November. So you've been cohabbing those two for 3+ months, and then you added another snake to that tank.

You've been here since 10/26/07---so why ignore the advice then? Or did you not do any searching/research before you got the snakes?

:shrugs:

The rack is being built as we speak..

Hey - if it aint broke dont fix it - and my snakes werent broke..

But its getting done now..

And stop moaning already its annoying
