I've never had problems either. Usually though, I don't call, I just email my order and Edna emails me back a total, then I send paypal and then she sends shipping info. Piece of Cake!
 
I did the whole emial bit with edna. She was great and responded right away considering it was Mother's Day when I ordered. I also gave them a call and left a msg wanting to confirm they got my email and she called me back the next day and left me a message while i was at work confirming everything.
