Too long to be Frozen?

If i breed my own pinkies, and i freeze them till needed, like say over the course of 5 months, and they are sealed properly. Can anything result from having mice frozen this long and then using them as feeders? i was thinking about getting ahead in the backup food department.
 
From what I've learned on these forums, if it is sealed well say with a vacuum sealer, you should be able to keep them upwards of a year, 6 months at least. I myself have not kept any longer than 2 months so far, but I don't have a vacuum sealer yet either. I'm sure some other more experienced breeders will let you know how they do it.
 
I've kept vacuum packed for 2 years, and when opened they seemed just as fresh as the couple months old stuff. Snakes ate them with no qualms.

I'm sure that'd be at the upper limit of the length of time to keep them frozen. But a year should be nothing in the grand scheme of things.
