Trash Kitten is all grown up!

Oh, how handsome!!! He was such a little thing when you first found him. My big fat rescue was also threatened with a declawing, especially since when I brought her home (as a featherlight furball) my parents had just gotten a brand new leather living room set. Well, she ruined it, not scratching, just climbing all over it and bullying my shepherd/husky mix. They pretty much own the living room at this point, but when you watch her lick the dog's ears and muzzle, they are so cute you have to forgive everything.

My dad is a roofer. He was roofing a new built home in a new subdvision, he hearded a kitten meowing and found it in the garage in a cardboard box. He brought it home. She was skinny and dirty.
It is now a few years old and living with my friend who loves her and spoils her to death.

I was thinking about this little guy last week wondering how he was doing. Thank you for the update he is gorgous!!

What a handsome boy! Every flame point I have met is gorgeous. I love the siamese markings on cats though, they are my favorite. I also love their feisty attitudes and vocalizations.

Hes still young, I am sure he will calm down with time, just be patient ;) . I am not much a fan of kittens because of their high energy, but I got suckered into one early last year (2009). She found me and wouldnt leave so I still have her, she is a gorgeous tortie with an awesome personality. She was sooo rambunctious but now at nearly two years old, she is still a little crazy but calmed down a lot. I never have had issues with her scratching anything though, and she just sits there while I trim her nails. After I trim them though, she has mad crazy zoomies all over the house LOL!

He's so gorgeous, and those eyes! He was a cute, if scruffy, little kitten. 'Finnegan' is cute, though he's such a heart-breaker, maybe he shoulda been James Bond or some such. ;)

Thank you for the compliments, all! He is a very handsome boy. The colorpoints are my favorites (flame, blue, lynx) too, though I honestly am not such a huge fan of pure Siamese.

And yes, I hope he calms down, too, and soon.

Someday I wanted a pointed cat. The only Siamese related cat I've had was solid black. He was half wild and we never fully tamed him. The queen of the house was never a feral rescue, her mother was with kittens when brought to the local animal rescue guy. I still consider her a rescue anyway. These cats are so lucky we found them, there are many cat haters in this world.
