I think one of my female mice has a little respiratory infection and I'd like to treat her. I have some baytril I can dose all the mice with but one is pregnant and I need the pinkies. Will it hurt my snake if she eats one of those pinkies?

I know I should just do away with all my mice but right now, it seems like all the mice at the local pets stores are sick.
