Trouble With Resizing Pics

Don't Be "That Guy"
Hey, I recently was able to get some pics of my corn. On the actual camera, I had to lower the pixels in order to post in the forums, but now I am having trouble posting a pic in my avatar. I resized my pic to 160x120 but it said that the the kb (or mb) was too large, even after resizing. I have Paint and used "Stretch/Screw" but somehow its still too large for the Avatar to support. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
 
Go to image and go down to the attributes section and just type in 160x160. You may have to play with it to get it right but that works for me.
