Two questions for you guys...

1. Are there any expo's in Pennsylvania? If so, what, where, and when?

2. I know this is hatching season and breeders like SerpenCo and South Mountain Reptiles have hatchlings coming out their ears, but how how far into the year do they generally have hatchlings? All year round? I'm working on getting another corn snake (getting the funds together, talking my parents into it) but it will probably have to wait until around Christmas if it's going to happen, so I was wondering what my chances are of getting certain morphs that time of year (blizzard, bloodred, creamsicle okeetee, a striped morph or some sort).

Thanks ahead of time!

Around Christmas you will probably be looking at some older hatchlings~ the hold backs breeders were not willing to sell cheap earlier in the year. There may be a few clutches of tiny babies that time of year~ but not as many.

Be selective. Ask questions~ make sure you are getting a quality baby the breeder would not wholesale out~ and not one so cheap the wholesalers would not take it. You can find the best babies that time of year if your selective. A lot of people will be moving out their potential keepers that they have changed their minds on~ and even more will be moving out ones they want to keep, but they would like a few extra Christmas dollors. You'll get what you pay for!

Good luck!

what part of PA are you in? On the western side, we have one in Pittsburgh (which keeps moving to different towns it seems, but it's in that general area) and one in Prospect (near Butler). The Pittsburgh one is once a month on a Sunday, and the Prospect one isn't as often as far as I know. I know there are some shows out East too, but I'm not familiar with them.
