Just hatched today!! He came from a female het for blood, motley, and 50% poss het ultra that we bred to an amel blood male. So far, this is the only snake that has hatched from that clutch, so we've still got 1 in 4 chances on 12 more eggs!! I'll post more pictures after he sheds.

Nice one, very tasty... :bang: i'd like to see how that one progresses & good luck with the rest...... :)

Wow. Congratulations. Looks chubby and healthy too. I can't wait to see the differences between an ultramel-blood and a hypo-blood as this guy/gal matures.

Way to go . . .

Mark, Tim and Kevin. That's awesome. :santa: As pretty as that is now, I can't even imagine how nice that'll be as an adult. Good luck on getting more of those gems.

Wow! Congrats and my hats off to you. Its gonna be a good time watching the Blood AND ultra have an influence in the same animal over time. I am just so impressed with the Ultra gene. Did you produce any Ultra or Ultramel Lavenders or any other new Ultra animals?

Ok, I admit I'm still learning some of my morph genetics...
So, how does the ultra gene work, and what makes it an ultra when the sire isn't an ultra or het ultra? :shrugs:

GREAT !!!!
Thats awesome Mark, thats gonna be even more of a stunner as it gets older.
Congrats on the pippies!!!

I'm not even going to start to pretend I'm not insanely jealous of your new hatchling!!!

What a brilliant little combo of genes!

Wow - and that with a poss het. With my luck, I could have chosen 20 poss.hets. and wouldn't have gotten a single het. :shrugs:

Keep us updated, I think the most interesting aspects of this combo are yet to come.
