urgent photoshop help please!

hi guys,
so i am stressing out with something on photoshop and i need some peoples help with more experience. I have done a large banner around 6 foot by 1.5 foot that need sending to the printer to be blown up to double that size. i have rang them and they say that i need to add bleeds and crop marks! i am rpetty sure that i have got the bleed bit done (just added extra space around the edges) but im not sure how to make a crop mark. Following a youtube video i have added guides around the edge, however once that is saved as a jpeg the guides dissapear.
can someone help me please?> i need quick help with this asap1

Save it as a PSD. It's a HUGE file, but they will want the largest file size possible to resize it, anyhow, and it *should* leave all the marks and guides in place. When you go to save it, have it run the calculations required to make it compatible with all photoshop programs. This eliminates any problems with different versions of the software.
