What UTH are you guys using? Desert? I use ZooMed regular ones attached to 12x12 ceramic tiles placed under the tank that's sitting on the feet that came with the pad...

I use the zoomed too but I don't use the ceramic tiles. I just picked up a couple of lamp dimmers and adjusting them right now.
 
I use a zoo-med UTH also, its just stuck to the bottom of the tank. Everything is okay now that I have the dimmers though.
