Velvet's 60day scan

Hi Guys!!

Velvet had her 60 day scan this morning! Everything is looking fantastic!!! And it looks like the baby is a little girl!! YAY!!!!! But we will only know for sure once she has been born! Hoping it is a girl though!

I took the opportunity to snap a few pics of Vel, she always poses and looks around so prettily when at the clinic! lol Sorry she is a bit sweaty, we encountered traffic on the way there and Vel doesn't care for the stop-start stuff too much!

Ummm...I will have to look but I don't think so...all the pics either have her halter or bridle on...lol

She's beautiful! I know nothing of horses, so how long are they typically pregnant for?

They are pregnant for around 11 months. Velvet is due on Halloween. lol

Awww that would be neat! A Halloween baby! If she has it then and its a boy you could name it "Jack" for jack-o-lantern or "Eve" for all hallows eve. LOL

lol Actually I am thinking of "Quivelle" (pronounced Ki-vel)...

Or maybe Quartz Supreme, Star Quality or Quartz Sensation...lol
