Vibration

I know that snakes are incredibly sensitive so vibrations. I live in an apartment and because of space issues, I have my snake's cage on one side of my desk. I have a normal towel folded under her 10 gallon tank that provides about an inch to an inch and a half of cushion between the desk and her tank. I also have speakers on my desk, which produce some vibration when I listen to music. Is the padding under her cage enough to listen to music at a normal level or do I need to do something else (without moving the cage)? (I also just added some plants and vines to her cage. She now spends about half the time off the floor of the cage.)

I have about the same setup. There's a subwoofer under my desk and the vivarium has very soft rubber feet (much softer than comes with the UTHs).
I've noticed no behavior change in my corn. Whatever she's doing when I start music she just keeps on doing. The aspen probably absorbs most, if not all, of the vibration.

Can the snake get used to your musical vibrations? :shrugs:
I would not make any changes to my setup unless I am positive that the vibrations are decreasing the quality of life of the snake (not eating, losing weight, regurging, etc.).
Maybe your snake is hanging out in the vines just because of preferance. I have 4 different hides in my viv, but still my guy prefers to be in the vines.
