Hi :)

I was thinking of buying a bigger aqarium for Mythos. He is still rather little, and is housed in a ten right now. I wouldn't put him in his new home for quite a long time yet (he has awhile before he outgrows his 10). I just want to be able to save up for one. What size do you think is best for an adult corn? I dont see buying an intermediate size, because he would outgrow it. I want to buy the size he will need as a full grown adult. In many books that I have read, they suggest a 20g long as what they will need. But because I have never seen a full adult corn (I can only visualize size), and I know that they get 3-4.5 feet, a 20g long seems too little to me. Am I wrong? Is a 20g long all I will need? I have been looking a a 40g breeder tank, but I dont know if that is too big. I really need some help :) Also, are there any good places online to look so I can gauge prices??

I only want the best for my little guy :)

you

Can house most adult corns in a 20 long tank for the rest of their lives. But I prefer something a little large myself, but I use rubbermaids.

If I was you, with only one corn, I would definitly buy a 40 gallon tank. That would be a great amount of space for him.
