Sorry about the strictness of this requirement, but it is necessary to block spammers and scammers at the door as much as possible.

WAAAASSSSUUUPPP?!?!?!?!

Ha...Sorry I had to do that :)

So I am new to the site and just thought I'd make myself be known...

I am a 911 Dispatcher from Central Indiana. I used to be in the Indiana Army Nat'l Guard, with two deployments under my belt, and a baby on the way I got out...now that baby is 2 years old and the love of my life, Lucy:) If you are lucky I might put up a pic of her, but I can't get her to hold the snake yet...or even touch it...she just looks at is and says "Eww daddy!"
Super cute...but we're getting there, I try :)

I owned two ball pythons when I was younger and passed them on to my little brother when I deployed, now he loves them so much I can't bring myself to take them back...however I was always intrigued by Corns and their "activeness" so I went out and got one! Not sure the sex yet, but I am going to refer to it as a he....until proven otherwise....
HE is about 3 months old, my gf named him Crush like the orange soda since he is Amel and Orange/White/Some Yellow...

Anyways, sorry so long!

Hello and welcome!
I've got an amel myself. There is a ton of info here, look around and read, read, read.

And greetings from yet ANOTHER (transplanted) Hoosier! :wavey: You'll be surprised at the number of herpers there are in IN. Rich (Naptown Reptiles above) has some beauties! There's also a show at the fairgrounds on Mar. 1. Where are you in IN? I'm in Carmel, myself, and Rich is only a few miles away from me.

Looking forward to getting to know you, and definitely feel free to post pics of your babies, human and otherwise!

Hi and welcome i'm new here as well and loving it like choclates.....can some one please tell me whats a 'Hoosier', i don't mean to take over your post but i'm from the UK (sorry about that as well) once again welcome

The actual history of the term Hoosier has been debated, but basically it is anybody from Indiana. Indiana University's mascot is the Hoosiers, but I'm pretty sure we were called Hoosiers long before IU was founded.

RICH! You are the "Naptown Reptiles" that is listed on the site for Midwest Reptile Expos as a vendor? I went to the last show and have every intention of being at the one on March 1st!
I am from Greenfield, about 30 min. east of Indy...

Thanks for all the welcomes!

Welcome

I"ll be at the show, but I wont be setup, I won't have a table at the Indy show till later in the year when I have babies.

Rich
