And you probably couldn't get one that has more YELLOW in it if you tried! (I never even considered that to be an attractive color until I saw that picture! Very nice daddio! That snake is brighter than the Yellow River, no pun intended!).

Makes ya wonder: How come they call an ORANGE an "ORANGE" but they don't call a BANANA a "YELLOW"? :eek1:

Just wondering. :eatsmiley

The pic of the baby is a month or two after hatching. At over a year old they are getting as yellow as Dad. There is something about yellow snakes that I like. Yeah Dad is crazy yellow.

So here is a pic of the Butter's body color and a bad pic of him with his color washed out. He wouldn't cooperate. He is 390g and almost 4 feet.

Also a pic of some of the babies that are het caramels .....

Thanks Axis1 :)

Maybe it's because you won't (I don't think there are) see an almost all bright yellow snake in the wild that attracts me to them....
I'm calling banana's "yellow's" for now on ! haha:crazy02:

I'm expecting cayenne diffused topaz to be exceptionally bright yellow, but that's years off still.

There was a HUGE butter male at the reptile show for $100. It didn't sell. I did not bring mine. Any corn snake enthusiast would have gone broke buying up the cheap deals on RTB 3 and 4 gene morphs!!! It was the most corn snakes I ever saw at this show. Now compared to the amount of BP's they were still a small fraction of the serpent's there.
I sold ALL my babies and yearlings along with some other adult reptiles. Boy I feel a bit lucky selling all my baby corn's compared to some of the great buys there.

Oh man I wish I could have gone!! I'm so bummed! You have any idea what breeder had the huge butter that didn't sell?

Yeah I do ....
The Kick brothers had him up for sale. They are well known in the reptile world.
They are BIG BP breeders and the butter corn was the size of a BP !! Ok maybe some exaggeration but not by much LOL
I've bought from them. Anything CCB you should be ok buying.
They are also HUGE importers and flippers. I always feel sorry for every imported animal that they sell, especially to amateurs, because I know 99% of them are just going to their deaths. I KNEW exactly what I was buying every time and the odds of it surviving. I am glad to say that the adult blue I bought from them 4 years ago is doing great!

Here's their website and contact info....

And don't forget to use the BOI

Hi Nicole,

If you haven't found what you are looking for yet we have a proven breeder 2012 1.0 Butter Motley for sale along with a number of his 2016 hatchlings.

Thanks
