What is a anerythristic amelanistic? Is that black albino?
Anerythristic Amelanistic is the genetic description of a Snow.
Now, from your description of what your animals are, and what their parents were:
Your female is homozygous Amel, 100% het Bloodred/diffuse, 50% poss het Anery (mom was only HET anery... and there's a 50% chance she didn't pass it on.)
Your male is homozygous Anery, 100% het amel.
So, ALL normal-coloured offspring from this pair will be 100% het for Amel and 100% het for Anery. They'll also be 50% het for bloodred/diffuse.
You have a 50% chance of producing animals that are visually Amel who are 100% het for Anery and 50% het for bloodred/diffuse.
If you produce even one snow or Anery, you know then that your female is 100% het for Anery - but until this happens, you won't know for sure if she's carrying Anery.
And if and only if your female is actually het for Anery (which you won't know until you breed her) you have a 50% chance of producing Anery-based morphs... which is when you get the 25/25/25/25 layout of normal hets, amel het anery, anery het amel and finally snow - and statistically half of these will be het for bloodred/diffuse.
