I am so jealous! I have seen green snakes, racers, black rats, ringnecks, and a few other snakes, but I have NEVER found a wild cornsnake. (Although I've never really LOOKED for one. I usually just sorta ACCIDENTALLY find snakes somehow.)
I read somewhere that South Carolina (where I live) and Georgia are supposed to have the most diverse population of wild snakes of any of the states, and I still can't even stumble upon a single cornsnake in the wild.
I need to take herping lessons. Is there a online/weekend course? LOL
(Nice finds! I hope to post some of my own someday. Keep them coming!)
Chris =)
