Weights and Sheddings

I am curious if anyone has weighed their snakes just before and after a shed to see how much their weight changes between sheds. If so, I wonder about the results.

On my yearlings that hatched in July, I have weights before each feeding. My smallest is 53 grams and my largest is 68 grams. As for my adult males, they get weighed coming out of brumation, mid summer and prior to going into brumation. My adult females get weighed out of brumation, after mating, after laying, 1 month after laying and prior to brumation. If you want any of these numbers, let me know.

I've only recently started weighing my snakes (finally got a good scale) but I have noticed in my '04s (they get weighed before each meal) that their weights are either the same or a few grams lower after a shed. And at each next weighing, they are back up to their pre-shed weight or higher.
