The first thing I would do is take any and all electrical devices out of and away from the tank, and see if you still hear it. It sound like you have something shorting out on you or an exposed wire. I would get the sanke out of there asap as well. What electrical devices are you using? Go through and check all the wires for any cuts or exposed wires. Is the snake in a glass tank?

its a glass tank but the light fitting and heat lamp are built into the tank so i cant even take it apart... should i take the snake out ?

I would. Have you seen your snake drink in a while? Part of me is worrying that if the water is hot then he might be dehydrated and afraid to go near the water. I would put him in a new container with fresh water and see if he will drink. If the stuff is built in try unpluging it and see what happens. Then through proscess of elemination plug one in and see what happens then unplug that one and plug another one in.

i figured it out i took away her heat mat and the buzzing stoped when i did the same as before, so iv got rid of the heat mat and il buy anuther tommorow. also while she had that heat mat she wasn goin on that side of the tank andi just thought that that side was too hot for her but now i know it was because the heat mat was broken and scareing her but its sorted now .. thanks for ur help guys :)

I would still really watch her and try to make sure she drinks. If the water shocked her then she most likely hasnt been drinking. Part of me wants to say give her a bath so she has the access to water but then that could just be to much stress for her if she really is scared of the water.

Ok that is good to hear. Glad you figured out what the problem was and glad it is a pretty easy fix. Good luck with gettting her to eat.
