WEIRDEST THING EVER!

Canadian Boa Fanatic.
Today i was feeding my 2 corns and i placed the first one in with the freshly killed mouse And it constricted and As soon as it was done constricting i heard thumping so i thought the worse that the mouse was alive but no the snake was banging its head of the roof trying to get out as fast as possible! As soon as opended the lid it Spead out and when i grabbed it it bit me repeaditivly!! (this is the first time its ever bit me) and So i thought it was in bad mood so got other mouse and put my OTHER corn in that container to feed and it did SAME thing but didnt get chance to bite me since i grabbed it with towwel what may cause this! They always eat frsh killed mice there was nothing different about this feeding its there ussual Container I just dont understand!

i dont really know about the hitting on the container but i think when you went to grab it, it may have smelled the mouse on your hand and since it was in "eat mode" it bit w/e smelled like a mouse? Im not totally sure but that is pretty odd behavior.

i made sure it was constricting the mouse then put the lidd on then i hurd THUD THUD THUD i took the lid of and it flew out at me i tryed to get ahold of it and it bit me repetetivly both snakes did sname thing

any idias wat was wrong

Had it eaten the mouse, or did it just constrict and then leave it? Mine will strike if she's still hungry and I go to take her out of her feeder box.

Did you close the container on it's tail? Anyone who has cupped them could tell you they REALLY react when their tail is caught.

Nope its A DEEP container they were in and Constricting! And then both made thump sounds and Came flying out and never ate the mouse!

if you ever figure out what caused your snakes to behave this way, please let us know. I don't ever want to experience that!

Could there have been something wrong with the mice?
