Hey guys -
just curious what you're all using to shave?

I was using a good old mach 3 and Gillette shaving gel -
The price of the cartridges became a bit to much for my little budget - so now I'm using an old fashioned double edged razor.

What are you guys using?

I shave my head almost every day.

I normally use a Gillette Fusion Power. However I recently got a Schick Quattro Titanium because of the price of the Fusion blades. I don't like the Quattro. Doesn't shave as close and takes longer to.

I generally just use any shave gel that is on sale.

I too shave my head almost daily, I use a Fusion and
whatever gel is on sale. I have tried every imaginable
razor in the last 10 yrs and am staying with the fusion.
The Blades cost more, but can find them on sale too.
($10 for a 4 pack) and last longer than most other brands
so cost evens out.

I shaved my head once, trimmed all the hair off then shaved it with a disposable bic. I didn't look quite as dangerous with a shaved head as I had expected.

I do the same thing! Hot water does wonders on softening whiskers.. Also you wouldn't call what my face grows a beard, LOL, so that makes it easy..

I too use the Gillette Fusion Power to shave my head about every other day. The new Edge Gel shaving cream with extra aloe, (in the black can), is the BEST I've ever used to date. As for the straight razor, I used a nice antique ivory handled one in the beginning, that is until the one time I was trying to get that spot right above my ear and the top of my ear slipped out of my fingers right into the blade... I almost fainted... head wounds bleed a lot, so luckily it was just a nic, and looked a lot worse than it was.... I did go buy a regular razor the next day though...
