What do the numbers mean?

i believe 1.0 so that would be 1 male...
0.1 and that would be 1 female
1.1 that 1 male and 1 female
or you might see
1.1.1 and thats 1 male 1 unknown and 1 female

Yeah, I can see why some people would put the 'unsexed' number in the middle, but I also thought it was the third number too?

There must be an official way, otherwise that whole system is useless isn't it?

i could be wrong about the unknown one...sorry to confuse anyone, im probably wrong! Can someone tell us? Thanks

First number (left of decimal)= male 1.0
Second number (right of [first] decimal) = female 0.1
Third number (if there is one--right of second decimal) = unknown sex 0.0.1

Examples:
1.0 = 1 male
0.1 = 1 female
1.1 = 1 male, 1 female
2.1 = 2 males, 1 female
0.0.1 = 1 unknown sex
1.1.1 = 1 male, 1 female, 1 unknown sex
1.1.2 = 1 male, 1 female, 2 unknown sex

Hope this clears things up.
