You will want one that covers 1/4-1/3 of the bottom of the tank. ZooMed makes a bunch of good ones.

You will also need a way to control the temp of one of these. A good thermostat or rheostat. I would suggest getting a thermostat, because the rheostats are a pain and need constant adjusting.
