A friend of mine lives on some land here in Florida.. and her dogs decided to go hunting this AM.. and got ahold of a snake. She isn't sure what kind,so I told her I would ask here..

What do you all think?

Looks like a water snake to me, but I don't know which species. There are at least three different kinds here, I think.
 
Looks like a dead one to me lol some ppl say they are the only good kind, but we know better. Sorry for the sarcasm that's just me.
 
Yea, I wanted to say Water snake.. But I wasn't sure. There is a Small Pond on property..

these aren't poisoness right? LOL
