She looks like a creamsicle to me also, but theres no way to know for sure. But without hets you should get all amels ph for anery. The odds of them not being het for anything else are kinda small these days. SO breed them and wait for the fun of seeing what comes out. ;)
 
If it were me, I'd advertise the hatchlings as creamsicles. The pic is small, but I see 'creamsicle traits' in the amel. Also, after having another look, the partial banding is lovely.

Babies will be amels (creamsicles) het anery A. If you were to keep a pair of these and breed them to each other when they were old enough, you would get creamsicles, anery-sicles (not sure if they have a trade name for anery emorryi hybrids???) and "snowsicles". :)
 
There Markings are remarkably similiar. I would say they are siblings.
I also think that the amel looks like a cream.
