If you follow the RodentPro link in post #11 above, you can see what the food suppliers have to say about the nutritional and fat content of each. I'd say that's probably the definitive information.

I should have checked that out first!:p Thanks:) I think I'll alternate between both rats and mice, as the chart shows both interchange having better protein to fat ratios depending on their stage in development.
